I am reading Bryan Chavis book, “Buy it, Rent it, Profit!”, and the book has good content in it as it explains different management and evaluation tools when buying and managing properties. I wanted to seek more knowledge, through this channel, on ideal and credible websites to research and gather information on building permits, employment, average household size, demographics, mortgage interest rates, rental market rates, and occupancy rates to find potential rental property.
Rental property is a good investment platform, but to understand the process of investing in Rental properties is my goal before investing.
