Hello all, I’m trying to apply the Complete “DNA Stand” found in chapter 4 to real estates on the MLS list around my area. It seems like simple math but I don’t feel like my results are adding up to give me a warm fuzzy feeling. I’m 100% new to all this and I am wondering if I should finish the book first and come back so I can plug in more accurate numbers. I’m just guessing on all the operating expenses and I don’t know if that’s a “dig deeper/experience” type information…or let google help me out you know? Thanks in advance.
